Synopsis

Was it a perfect film, no. Was I at any time bored, also no. I’m going to say something really controversial…the original wasn’t a perfect film either. I still loved it. Just go see it and decide for yourself. If I had allowed myself to be swayed by the negativity that has surrounded this from the start or had seen some of the reviews I’m now seeing, I wouldn’t have gone. I’m just not sure I trust reviews anymore period after this year. I can’t help but feel there is an odd agenda to get people to hate this film. The “critics” reviews are rating it on average between 1-2.5 out of 5. I do not believe this is a 1 star film. Bill Skarsgårds screen presence alone makes it worth more than that. The cinematography and choreography were great as well.
